Over the years, my main artistic interest has been the portrayal of people - both portraiture and the figure in the landscape, or, in my case, the figure in the ‘beachscape’.
Having spent most of my life living and painting in the island of Jersey, beaches figure prominently in my paintings - my exhibitions and commissions reflect this.
My last exhibition, 'Smugglers and Friends', was held at the Jersey Arts Centre, November, 2017. It featured a series of portraits inspired by the characters in my local pub.
